Mabel was a true treasure and friend to everyone she met. We loved her at the Advocate-Press and looked forward to her visits after she left, when she would be back in town. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel with Mabel. My sympathy to the family.

Mabel was one the most hard working people ever. We always enjoyed our dinners more when she would be working and serving. She was always friendly and fun to be around. People would joke with her and tease her at times, and she would always get even in fun ways. We will never forget, Mabel. Our condolences to the family.

Sending my love and prayers to Jim and his family. I remember when Mabel was working at the Elks and gave Jim some candy to give to me. She was a real sweetheart. She and her friend had matching cars-- one in burgundy and one in gray.
Funny the things you remember. She was selfless and loved her family deeply. She's now in God's loving arms.

Mabel was an absolute blessing to get to know. She was my neighbor as a child, a coworker at the Elks and our business Rick's Cafe. Spent many years with her at the NMN club as well. She was always pleasant, smiling, laughing, and just a joy to be around. She is truly loved and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts and prayers go out to her friends and family. RIP Mabel

Dear Lauderback family,
Please accept my condolence and deep regrets for your loss for this enemy death shows no mercy but always brings much grief and pain as I felt also when it took my entire family and I'd like to share where I found help at that time. I found much hope and comfort in what I read in Jehovah Gods word the Bible at John5:28,29 for there it tells us we'll see our love ones again in the resurrection when Jesus brings them back here on earth and at Isaiah25:8 it states that this enemy death will be swallowed up forever. These scriptures along with others help me to cope with my loss and get through each day because now I know that I'll see my family again and I wanted to share this with you in hopes that this will help you also in some way for this is my purpose in sharing this with you at this difficult time when hope and comfort is needed. Please let me know and please know that I do share your grief and hope to hear from you. Sincerely,GM
