Billy E. Waggoner

Billy E. Waggoner, 57, of Flora, Illinois passed away at 11:11 p.m., February 24, 2018, at the Clay County Hospital in Flora, IL.  Billy was born in Xenia, Illinois on July 10, 1960, to Dewey and Mildred (Halterman) Waggoner.

Billy was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose #1384 and Flora VFW Post 3999, which brought him great joy.  He loved motorcycles and tinkering on anything he could with vehicles and motorcycles.  He was previously employed at Dickey’s Phillips 66 and Minwax, both, of Flora, IL.

He is survived by his son Billy E. Waggoner II and significant other Sian Kuester of Flora, IL;  his sisters Ann Waggoner, Bonnie Waggoner and Cathy (Waggoner) and husband Howard Allen Hartman all of Flora, IL,; along with 2 nieces, Chrystal Hartman and Keah Hartman of Flora, IL.

 He was preceded in death by both parents and a brother, Gene Waggoner.

Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 2, 2018, at Kohn Funeral Home in Flora. Interment will follow at the Oskaloosa Cemetery in Oskaloosa, IL.  Visitation will be held Thursday, March 1 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Kohn Funeral Home in Flora.
