Layla Jade Speagle, cherished daughter of Ronald and Krystal Speagle, of Xenia, Illinois, was born a heavenly angel on Thursday, April 13, 2017.
Layla is survived by her parents, Ronald and Krystal Speagle of Xenia, IL, sisters, Amelia and Kya, brothers, Tucker, Clayton, and Jesse all of Xenia, IL, maternal grandmother, Elaine Bullard of Xenia, IL, paternal grandmother, Velma Speagle of Olney, IL, aunts, Angel Bullard of Flora, IL, Gracie Speagle of Mt. Carmel, IL, and Martha Dulaney of TN, uncles, Stacy Bullard of Iuka, IL, Charlie Bullard of Iuka, IL, Toby Bullard of Ana, IL, Eric Bullard of Xenia, IL, Bobby Berning of Xenia, IL, Randy Miller of Georgia, Jamie Speagle of Xenia, IL, and Ray Smith of Salem, IL. She was preceded in death by maternal grandfather, Richard Bullard, maternal great-grandparents, Clinard and Ruby Curtis and Herschel and Icie Bullard, paternal great-grandparents, Hazel and Jesse Miller, and 1 brother Leo Eugene Speagle.
